Environmentally sustainable private fully catered 3-day walking tour over a large coastal farm in New Zealand’s breath-taking Coromandel

BOOKING INFORMATION

Includes: 3 days walking, 2 nights accommodation, all meals, luggage cartage, return shuttle from Colville.   Option to hire E-Bike or bring your own for the last day.  Also can order a birthday cake.

When booking if you aren't sure of everyone in your groups name please just fill out form with "xxx".  We will chase you up closer to your arrival date.

Select the first day of your walk for the date required.

2022/2023 season 3 Day/2 night walk (all inclusive) = $495 per person

2023/2024 season 3 Day/2 night walk (all inclusive) = $615 per person

E-Bike hire (Day 3) = $95 per bike.  Not available month of January or when your Day 3 falls on Public Holiday

Bring your own bike = $25 (for cartage to Port Jackson)

Birthday Cake = $50

Deposit

$195 per person required on booking for credit card bookings or within 7 days for bank transfers

Payment Options

You can opt to pay by bank transfer (details will be on your booking confirmation) or by credit card (1.5% surcharge).  For bank transfer we will hold your booking for 7 days to give you time to pay the deposit of $195 per person.  Please contact us via email if you would like different terms.

Cancellation policy

60 days or more notice - full refund minus $50 administration fee for cancellations (per booking)

60 – 30 days’ notice - your deposit of $195 will not be refunded

0 – 30 days’ notice - no refund will be given

We allow name changes on bookings right up until the arrival date, so if for some reason you cannot come, please feel free to find a friend that might be able to take your place.

COVID 19

If you cannot travel due to COVID 19 government restrictions, we will postpone or refund your trip 100% minus any payment fees that have been incurred. If you are ill with COVID we will transfer your booking (sick person only) to another date.

Booking for less than 4 people

For groups of 2-3 please either pick a date which already has bookings or take your chances that someone else will book that same date to bring numbers up to four. If no one has booked three weeks prior to your arrival date we will phone you to discuss options.  They will most likely be to change your date, alternative shuttle options or a full refund.
