2024/2025 Season

Environmentally sustainable private fully catered 3-day walking tour over a large coastal farm in New Zealand’s breath-taking Coromandel

BOOKING INFORMATION

Season starts 1st October 2024 - 5th May 2025.  Closed 18th December - 8th January.

3 Day/2 night walk (all inclusive) = $750 per adult

                                                       = $650 per child (under 15 years)

Includes: 3 days walking, 2 nights accommodation, all meals, luggage cartage, return shuttle from Colville.   Option to hire E-Bike or bring your own for the last day.  

Booking

When booking if you aren't sure of everyone in your groups name please just fill out form with "xxx".  We will chase you up closer to your arrival date.

Select the first day of your walk for the date required.

E-Bikes

E-Bike hire (Day 3) = $105 per bike.  Not available month of January or when your Day 3 falls on Public Holiday

Bring your own bike = $45 (for cartage to Port Jackson)

Bikes can be added to your booking later if wished.

There are 3 sizes - Small 5ft (1.5m) to 5''4" (1.64)

                            - Medium 5'5" (1.67m) to 5'9" (1.79)

                            - Large 6' (1.8m) plus

Deposit

$250 per person 

Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Payment Options

You can opt to pay by bank transfer (details will be on your booking confirmation) or by credit card (2% surcharge).  For bank transfer we will hold your booking for 7 days to give you time to pay the deposit of $250 per person.  Please contact us via email if you would like different terms.

Cancellation policy

60 days or more notice - full refund minus $80 administration fee for cancellations (per refund transaction)

60 – 30 days’ notice - your deposit of $250 will not be refunded

0 – 30 days’ notice - no refund will be given

We allow name changes on bookings right up until the arrival date, so if for some reason you cannot come, please feel free to find a friend that might be able to take your place.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that you get domestic travel insurance.  This can cost as little as $25 per person.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If the weather is likely to close the roads to Port Jackson we will cancel your walk with as much notice as possible.  In this case you will be offered a re-schedule or full refund for your walk.  We highly recommend that if booking other accommodation or flights that you opt for the changeable/refundable options.

If you decide that the weather forecast isn't optimal for walking, our cancellation policy will be adhered to.  We have numerous other walking options that can accommodate all weather walking if needed.

Booking for less than 4 people

For groups of 2-3 please either pick a date which already has bookings or take your chances that someone else will book that same date to bring numbers up to four. If no one has booked three weeks prior to your arrival date we will phone you to discuss options.  Options include changing your date, alternative shuttle options or a full refund. We don't usually need to do this, as our season usually books out.
