Environmentally sustainable private fully catered 3-day walking tour over a large coastal farm in New Zealand’s breath-taking Coromandel

BOOKING INFORMATION

3 Day/2 night walk (all inclusive) = $850 per adult

                                                       = $750 per child (10 - 17 years)

Includes: 3 days walking, 2 nights accommodation, all meals, luggage cartage and return shuttle from Colville.   There is also the option to hire an E-Bike or bring your own bike for the third day.  

BOOKING ONLINE

The date you choose on the calendar is the first day of your walk - you don't need to select the 2nd night. You only need the 1st day to show as vacant.

When booking if you aren't sure of everyone in your group's name please just fill out form with "xxx".  We will chase you up for the names closer to your arrival date.

If you are wanting to add more people to your booking at a later date please email us and we can add them for you.

E_BIKES

E-Bike hire (Day 3) = $105 per bike.

Bring your own bike (BYO) and helmet = $45 (for cartage to Port Jackson)   

$250 per person (non refundable)

Balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can opt to pay by bank transfer (details will be on your booking confirmation) or by credit card (2% surcharge).  For bank transfer we will hold your booking for 7 days to give you time to pay the deposit of $250 per person.  Please contact us via email if you would like different terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict cancellation policy, so please read carefully before booking.

• A deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your booking.

• If you cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus $100 per person.

• If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.

• Date changes may be made up until 90 days before arrival (subject to availability).

• Name changes are allowed at any time right up until the arrival date — if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If the weather is likely to close the roads to Port Jackson we will cancel your walk with as much notice as possible.  In this case you will be offered a re-schedule or full refund for your walk.  We highly recommend that if booking other accommodation or flights that you opt for the changeable/refundable options.

If you decide that the weather forecast isn't optimal for walking, our cancellation policy will be adhered to. We have numerous other walking options that can accommodate all weather walking if needed.

SOLO TRAVELLERS

If you are a solo traveller please contact us so we can discuss possible dates that will work for you.  $400 single supplement may apply.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We require dietary requirements ten days or more prior to arrival.

We can cater for:

- Vegetarian

- Pescatarian

- Gluten/Wheat Free

- Dairy Free

- Nut Free

- Vegan

- Coeliac

To cater for any other requirement that falls outside of these categories there will be a surcharge of $100 .

We ask that Gluten Free people to bring their own bread or wraps for breakfast/lunch.

We ask that Dairy Free people bring their own milk alternative.
