2025/2026 Season

Environmentally sustainable private fully catered 3-day walking tour over a large coastal farm in New Zealand’s breath-taking Coromandel

BOOKING INFORMATION

Season starts 26th September 2025 - 1st May 2026.  Closed 18th December 2025- 11th January 2026.

3 Day/2 night walk (all inclusive) = $850 per adult

                                                       = $750 per child (10 - 17 years)

Includes: 3 days walking, 2 nights accommodation, all meals, luggage cartage and return shuttle from Colville.   There is also the option to hire an E-Bike or bring your own bike for the third day.  

Booking

When booking if you aren't sure of everyone in your group's name please just fill out form with "xxx".  We will chase you up for the names closer to your arrival date.

Select the first day of your walk for the date required.  You only need the 1st day so show as vacant.

E-Bikes

E-Bike hire (Day 3) = $105 per bike.  

January and Public Holidays - the biking route will be busier with cars.  Please take this into consideration.

Bring your own bike and Helmut = $45 (for cartage to Port Jackson) 

Bikes can be added to your booking later if wished.

There are 3 sizes - Small 5ft (1.5m) to 5''4" (1.64)

                            - Medium 5'5" (1.67m) to 5'9" (1.79)

                            - Large 6' (1.8m) plus

Deposit

$250 per person 

Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Payment Options

You can opt to pay by bank transfer (details will be on your booking confirmation) or by credit card (2% surcharge).  For bank transfer we will hold your booking for 7 days to give you time to pay the deposit of $250 per person.  Please contact us via email if you would like different terms.

Cancellation policy

60 days or more notice - full refund minus $80 administration fee for cancellations (per refund transaction)

30-60 days notice - loss of deposit

0 – 30 days’ notice - no refund will be given

We allow name changes on bookings right up until the arrival date, so if for some reason you cannot come, please feel free to find a friend that might be able to take your place.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that you get domestic travel insurance.  This can cost as little as $25 per person.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If the weather is likely to close the roads to Port Jackson we will cancel your walk with as much notice as possible.  In this case you will be offered a re-schedule or full refund for your walk.  We highly recommend that if booking other accommodation or flights that you opt for the changeable/refundable options.

If you decide that the weather forecast isn't optimal for walking, our cancellation policy will be adhered to.  We have numerous other walking options that can accommodate all weather walking if needed.

Solo Travellers

If you are a solo traveller please contact us so we can discuss possible dates that will work for you.  $300 single supplement may apply.
