2027/2028 Season

Pahi a private, fully-catered 3-day walking tour over a large coastal farm in New Zealand’s breath-taking Coromandel

BOOKING INFORMATION

Season starts 24th September 2027 - 28 April 2028.  Closed 19th December 2027 - 6th January 2027.

3-dayay/2-night walk (all inclusive) = $920 per adult

                                                            = $820 per child (10 - 17 years)

Includes: 3 days walking up to 31km of tracks, 2 nights accommodation, catered meals, luggage cartage and return shuttle from Colville. There is also the option to hire an e-bike or bring your own bike for the third day.  

BOOKING ONLINE

The date you choose on the calendar is the first day of your walk - you don't need to select the 2nd night. You only need the 1st day to show as vacant.

When booking if you aren't sure of everyone in your group's name please just fill out form with "xxx".  We will chase you up for the names closer to your arrival date.

If you are wanting to add more people to your booking at a later date please email us and we can add them for you or change any names if your guests are replaced.

E_BIKES

E-bike hire (Day 3) = $110 per bike.

Bring your own bike (BYO) and helmet = $55 (for cartage to Port Jackson)   

Bikes can be added to your booking right up until you arrive in Colville on the first day.

January and Public Holidays - the biking route will be busier with more tourist cars around.  Please take this into consideration. You can cancel the bike at any time if you decide you dont want to bike.

There are 3 sizes which you can select on the day:

 - Small 5ft (1.5m) to 5''4" (1.64)

 - Medium 5'5" (1.67m) to 5'9" (1.79)

 - Large 6' (1.8m) plus

We can provide a non e-bike mountain bike on request.

DEPOSIT & BALANCE

$250 per person 

Reminder of your balance payment will be emailed 90 days prior to arrival and payment is due by 60 days prior to arrival date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can opt to pay by bank transfer (details will be on your booking confirmation) or by credit card (2% surcharge).  For bank transfer we will hold your booking for 14 days to give you time to pay the deposit of $250 per person.  Please contact us via email if you would like different terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We get a lot of people needing to change their booking at last minute so we have a strict cancellation policy.

60 days or more notice - full refund minus $100 per person cancellation fee.

30-60 days - Deposit will not be refunded but any other balance will be.

0 – 30 days’ notice - no refund will be given, but your bike and/or VIP payment will be refunded up until 5 days prior.

We allow name changes on bookings right up until the arrival date, so if for some reason you cannot come, please feel free to find a friend that might be able to take your place.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that you get domestic travel insurance.  This can cost as little as $25 per person. We have a huge amount of people being injured within the month of arrival so we really recommend taking insurance to cater for this.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If the weather is likely to close the roads to Port Jackson we will cancel your walk with as much notice as possible.  In this case you will be offered a re-schedule or full refund for your walk.  We highly recommend that if booking other accommodation or flights that you opt for the changeable/refundable options.

If you decide that the weather forecast isn't optimal for walking, our cancellation policy will be adhered to. We have numerous other walking options that can accommodate all weather walking if needed.

The weather changes quickly in Port Jackson so we find that bad weather often dissipates before arrival. We will call you the day prior to arrival to discuss your walk if the weather looks like it will affect your walk.

SOLO TRAVELLERS

If you are a solo traveller please contact us so we can discuss possible dates that will work for you.  $400 single supplement may apply if you want your own room. We have special dates set aside for solo walkers so that you can meet other like minded people.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We require dietary requirements ten days or more prior to arrival.

We can cater for:

- Vegetarian

- Pescatarian

- Gluten/Wheat Free

- Dairy Free

- Nut Free

- Vegan

- Coeliac

To cater for any other requirement that falls outside of these categories there will be a surcharge of $100 .

We ask that Gluten Free people to bring their own bread or wraps for breakfast/lunch.

We ask that Dairy Free people bring their own milk alternative.
